At Bare Roots, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility Criteria
- The guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of the product.
- Customers must use the product as directed before requesting a refund.
- The product must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The Guarantee is only available to be used once per customer over all time.
Condition of Returns

The product must be at least 70% full to qualify for a refund.

The packaging must be in reasonable condition (not completely destroyed).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Excluded Items

Sale items may not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription orders may be exempt or limited to the first delivery only.
- Any non-skincare items (accessories, tools etc)
- Bundles may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
- Customers must email proof of purchase, along with an explanation of why they are requesting a refund to orders@bareroots.com.au
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will cover the product cost only and will not include shipping fees.
