We pack orders on Monday & Thursday each week. If your order is placed before 12pm on one of these days, your order should be dispatched same/next business day. Orders outside of these times will be packed/shipped the following staffed business day.
Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. If you have not received this confirmation please ensure you have completed the checkout process.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
**Note: delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Public Holidays etc).

For pickups from our warehouse: Please email pick up time request to orders@bareroots.com.au - TIME IS NOT CONFIRMED until you've heard back from us to book in your arrival. Upon arrival at agreed time, bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy
At Bare Roots, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every product we create. To ensure a positive experience, please take a moment to review our returns and refunds policy:

Change of Mind:
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please be sure to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, please contact us immediately at orders@bareroots.com.au so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at orders@bareroots.com.au within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a fault or skin reaction.

Restocking/Admin Fee:
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to non-faulty returns.

Skin Reactions or Irritancy:
Whilst we handpick the finest ingredients to create our products, we understand that everyone's skin is different. If you experience any skin irritation or reaction from our products, please reach out to our team at info@bareroots.com.au. We will work with you to recommend the best solution tailored to your needs. If necessary, we may ask for photo evidence. If no suitable resolution can be reached, the items may be returned to Bare Roots HQ, and a store credit or refund will be issued once the products have been assessed.

Please Note:
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for us to review and action your return once it has been received at our warehouse.
