We pack orders on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday each week. If your order is placed before 12pm on one of these days, your order should be dispatched same/next business day. Orders outside of these times will be packed/shipped the following staffed business day.
Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. If you have not received this confirmation please ensure you have completed the checkout process.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you have purchased our skincare from a stockist please refer to their returns policy and contact them directly.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact

Whilst we do our best to carefully hand pick ingredients that support the skin, we cannot guarantee every skin will respond the same. In the unlikely event that you encounter a skin irritancy or reaction from use, please reach out to our team of experts to assist you with a personalised skincare recommendation to address your skin requirements ( Photo evidence may be requested. If no resolution can be met, the items purchased may be returned to Bare Roots HQ and you will be issued with a store credit or refund once the items have been assessed. 

Please note:
- Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund and return shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser.
- A $15 admin/handling fee will be deducted from the overall total of your store credit or refund.
- All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase date.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your return request to be reviewed and actioned once it has arrived to our warehouse.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, no changes or amendments can be made. For any changes made prior to dispatch, please contact our team to cancel the order. A credit will be issued to use for future orders. A $15 handling fee will be applied to order cancellations and deducted from the credited amount.
