Shipping policy

SHIPPING TERMS
3-5 days standard delivery time (Australia only)
Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. If you have not received this confirmation please ensure you have completed the checkout process.

Once your order has been shipping you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 10 days for returns or exchanges. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopen, undamaged and in re-sellable condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and accepts that a small restocking/admin fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Once item has been received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued thereafter. Please allow up to 7 days for this refund process.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order within 3 hours during our business hours; however, if we have already begun preparing your order for dispatch it is not possible to cancel.
